📑 Terms & Conditions of Hertz Advertising

Introduction

Welcome to Hertz Advertising.
By accessing this website or contracting any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, which govern the legal relationship between the company, its clients, and website visitors.

Definitions

The Company: Refers to “Hertz Advertising,” an Egyptian company specialized in advertising, marketing, and digital services.

The Client: Any natural or legal person contracting with the Company to obtain its services.

Services: Include, but are not limited to, advertising campaign management, digital marketing, creative design, event management, printing services, and marketing consultancy.

Scope of Services

The Company provides its services in accordance with the agreement or contract concluded with the Client.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with prior notice to the Client.

The Company is not responsible for achieving specific results but undertakes to provide services with due professional care and in accordance with recognized industry standards.

Payment Policy

All payments shall be made in the agreed currency (Egyptian Pound or US Dollar).

The Client shall pay all dues in full before or upon their due date.

Payments already made are non-refundable once the service execution has started.

The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing the electronic agreement, provided that service execution has not yet started.

In case of late payment, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, while retaining the right to claim compensation.

In the event of contract termination, the Company is entitled to add one month’s service fee unless the Client notifies the Company of termination at least one month in advance.

Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, campaigns, and creative deliverables remain the sole property of the Company until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a limited license to use the deliverables for their own purposes only.

The Client may not resell, modify, or sublicense the deliverables without prior written consent from the Company.

Client Obligations

The Client shall provide all required data, content, and information accurately and on time.

The Client bears full legal responsibility for any content submitted to the Company for use in campaigns (including images, videos, texts).

The Client shall not request any content or advertisements that violate Egyptian laws or the policies of digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).

Disclaimer of Liability

The Company shall only be liable for errors resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Company is not responsible for:

Campaign results if the Client fails to follow the Company’s recommendations.

Any damages or losses arising from content provided by the Client.

Rejection, suspension, or removal of ads by platforms due to their internal policies.

Compliance with Platform Policies

The Client must provide content that complies with Facebook Community Standards
, Ads Policies
, and other platform regulations.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any content that violates laws or platform policies without bearing any liability.

Privacy Policy

The Company collects client data (such as name, email, phone number) solely for communication and service delivery purposes.

The Company is committed to protecting client data in accordance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

The Client has the right to request modification or deletion of their personal data at any time through the Company’s official communication channels.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, governmental decisions, or technical malfunctions in digital platforms.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

In case of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt amicable resolution; if unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the Economic Courts of North Giza, Egypt.

Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments shall take effect immediately upon being published on the website.

Continued use of the website or services shall constitute explicit acceptance of such amendments.

Account/Page Closure by Platforms

If any digital platform (such as Meta / Facebook / Instagram / Google / TikTok, etc.) closes or disables the Client’s accounts or pages due to internal policies or due to content provided by the Client, the Company bears no liability.

The Client shall have no right to claim any financial or moral compensation from the Company in such cases, as account management is subject solely to the platforms’ internal rules and regulations.

Ownership of Accounts and Pages

If advertising accounts, pages, or social media platforms are registered or owned under the Client’s name, the Client bears full responsibility for securing such accounts (including passwords, access rights, and email security).

Hertz Advertising shall not be held liable for any loss of access, hacking, closure, or damages related to such accounts. The Company’s role is limited strictly to managing campaigns under the access rights granted by the Client.
